Description of the Course

This training allows you to acquire the knowledge required to fully understand, practise and apply mindfulness at a personal or professional level, through educational and experiential work.

Mindfulness allows you to take back the reins of your actual life, freeing you from anxiety, stress and harmful behaviour patterns that hinder wellness, happiness or do not allow you to develop your potential.

Through this training you can:

  • Learn to progressively build a mindful existence.
  • Change your mentality, your relationship with your body and the approach to life with mindfulness.
  • Practise in a formal and informal way thanks to an intensive 8-week MBSR programme, plus 4 weeks of mindfulness exploration.
  • Learn to apply Mindfulness in different contexts and based on the personal needs and problems of each individual.
  • Understand how to formulate a journey of customised practice.
  • Acquire new and fundamental personal and professional qualities related to mindfulness.
  • Possess the practical tools, ideas, tips, techniques and exercises necessary to practise mindfulness.

FAQ

Where can I find my profile to do the training course?

First you need to log in to your account by clicking on login at the top right-hand side of the site. Then you must enter the username and previously provided password following your purchase. Once you have entered your profile, you will be able to view some information about yourself, in addition to purchases made. From the profile, you can choose the title of your course and then start through the programme.

I‘ve logged in but I cannot find the lessons, where are they?

To view the lessons, you must enter the course page and then select the programme. The list of lessons will be clickable and selecting them you will enter the lesson area, where you can follow the training.

Why do some lessons have a green tick?

This indicates the content which you have confirmed you have already studied.

Why don’t the lessons in the programme open after purchase?

To view the lessons, you must first log in.

How do the lessons follow one another?

Once you have entered your profile, select the course title and the relevant module to be studied. Clicking on the title will open the private area of your course with the list of lessons to be studied. Once you have studied the lesson, you can only move on to the next one by confirming that you have finished it by clicking on the button. This way you can move on to the next one. A green tick will show you have finished the lesson.

Which electronic device should I use?

PC or laptop, tablet or smartphone with an Internet connection. We recommend a laptop however, at least to follow the training. Mindfulness needs concentration.

What formats are used for training?

Our training courses consist of legible documents, audio and video supports and online quizzes. All are optimised to make them easy and understandable. We use compatible formats on all operating systems, such as HTML, PDF, MP3 and MP4.

How much time do I have available to finish the whole training course?

The training has a duration of 14 weeks. Access to online training and examination will be limited to 12 months. More than enough time to finish the course. The main files and materials can be stored to also help you in the future.

Will I be assessed during the training?

There are some self-assessment exercises that can be carried out independently. They are strongly recommended if you want to tackle the training seriously.

Do I need to send you the exercises by e-mail?

No. As mentioned above, these are self-assessment exercises.

How can I take the final exam?

The final exam takes place on our online platform. To take the final exam, you will have to study all the lessons, from which the online test questions have been extracted. When you reach the last lesson, you can choose to do the test by clicking on the appropriate button. From there on, follow the instructions to finish the course and sit the final exam. You must confirm that you have studied all the lessons, otherwise the test will not be activated.

To get the certificate, I have to pass an exam and how can I download it?

At the end of the training, a final exam is proposed. To validate it and get your certificate, you need to 80% correct. Access to the final exam can be repeated up to five times. If you have achieved 80% or more, you can view, download and print your certificate, remembering to confirm that you have finished the course, otherwise you will not be able to see the certificate.

Can I have more information about the certificate?

The certificate certifies the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the training, as well as ensuring your diligence in following the training course. This Training Course in Mindfulness is accredited by the Holistic accreditation board of International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), it allows you to officially improve your level of qualification obtained through this training, giving you an additional tool in your career, reassuring your customers and strengthening your CV.
